1. Who we are
This website, www.bambievents.com, is run by Bambi Events Co. LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai DET commercial licence no. 1330473), with its office at Office 2106-F-04, Citadel Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. Printing and promotional products are supplied by our related company Bambi Advertising LLC. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean both companies.

2. Using this website
By using this website you accept these terms. You may browse it, share our pages and contact us. You may not copy our content for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Information on the website
We describe our services, past projects and prices in good faith. Photos, sizes and price guides are examples only. They are not an offer and can change without notice.
4. Quotes and orders
A request sent through the website, WhatsApp, email or phone is not a contract. Every project is confirmed only by a written quotation or proposal that both sides accept. The scope, price, payment schedule and deadlines in that quotation, and our project terms attached to it, apply to the project.
5. Your designs and files
When you send us artwork, logos or designs, you confirm you have the right to use them. You keep ownership of your material. We use it only to quote and deliver your project.
6. Our content
The text, photos, videos, 3D designs and logos on this website belong to us or to our clients, and are protected by UAE intellectual property law. You may not reuse them without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
Our site links to other sites (WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and others). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Liability
We keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is always error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
9. Your personal data
When you contact us, we use your details only to reply, prepare quotes and deliver projects. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at hello@bambievents.com. Cookies are explained in our Cookies Policy.

11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will go to the courts of Dubai.
